Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your RideLink account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, comments, ride records, and marketplace listings from our platform. This action cannot be undone.

Delete from the App

The fastest way — takes less than a minute

    Open the RideLink app on your phone and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete

    Tap your profile photo in the bottom navigation bar to open your profile
  3. 3
    Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of your profile
  4. 4
    Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account
  5. 5
    Read the confirmation and tap Delete my account to permanently remove your account

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, name, username, and profile photo
  • All posts and photos you have shared
  • All comments and ride records
  • All marketplace listings you created
  • Your followers and following relationships
  • Your push notification tokens

Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us to request deletion

    Send an email to delete@rezotech.co.ke from the phone number or email associated with your account

    In the subject line write: Account Deletion Request
  3. 3
    Include your RideLink username and the phone number you registered with
  4. 4
    We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days
Payment records from M-Pesa Premium subscriptions may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Kenyan financial regulations, even after your account is deleted. All other personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion. For questions about your data, contact privacy@rezotech.co.ke.
