By downloading, installing, or using the RideLink application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Rezotech. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use RideLink.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RideLink after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use RideLink. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your account secure. Do not share access with others or impersonate another person. You may only hold one account. Rezotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use RideLink to:
You retain ownership of the content you post on RideLink. By posting content you grant Rezotech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the RideLink platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post content you do not have the right to share. Rezotech may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without notice.
RideLink provides a marketplace for users to buy and sell riding gear and motorcycles. Rezotech is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the condition of items sold.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for completing transactions honestly. Fraudulent listings, misrepresented items, or failure to deliver sold goods may result in account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
RideLink Premium is a paid subscription offering additional features. Payments are processed through M-Pesa. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
Rezotech reserves the right to change Premium pricing or features with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Rezotech may review and remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict features at our discretion if we determine that a user has violated these terms or our community guidelines. Users who repeatedly violate our policies may be permanently banned.
If your content is removed for a policy violation you will be notified through the app. You may contact us to appeal a decision.
The RideLink name, logo, application design, and all platform content created by Rezotech are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the RideLink platform without our written permission.
RideLink is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Rezotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RideLink, including damages from transactions made through the marketplace.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Settings. Rezotech may terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from your use of RideLink will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
